Morgan Federal Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Financial Corp, was founded in 1935, during the Great Depression, to serve the financial needs of people living in our local communities. Currently, we are the sole savings and loan association headquartered in Morgan County, Colorado. We offer a full line of consumer and small business banking products and services and we specialize in originating and servicing a full range of residential loans. We also offer commercial mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, automobile and other consumer loans.
Under the trade name Morgan Financial Advisors, we offer a wide range of non-bank financial products and services to meet the needs of our customers and the general public. These products and services are recommended within an individually tailored financial plan that is based on each client's objectives, and include: mutual funds; fixed and variable annuities; life insurance; long-term care insurance; investment advisory services; estate planning wealth management and more.
Northern Colorado Title Services Co., Inc.,, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morgan Federal Bank, provides real estate related financial and information services, including title insurance, property lien research and reporting, and real estate closing services.
